Application of Conditional Use Permit
NOTICE IS, HEREBY GIVEN: Christensen Farms & Feedlots Inc. has applied for a Conditional Use Permit (26-CUP-03) to McPherson County Zoning Board of Adjustment under Article 4.01.03 and Article 5.08 to operate a Class A swine feedlot and production facility in that part of the S1/2 of Section 15-T125N-R70W of Blaine Township in McPherson County, South Dakota.
The said conditional use permit (26-CUP-03) shall be considered by the McPherson County Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 9:05 A.M. in the Commissioner’s Chambers in the McPherson County Courthouse located in Leola, South Dakota. At this time and place, any person interested in the approval or rejection of the conditional use permit may appear and be heard.
