NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The McPherson County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed bids for snow removal services for 2026 at the McPherson County Courthouse, 706 Main Street, Leola, SD.
Please bid rates on a per hour charge and indicate the equipment that will be utilized in providing this service.
Bids should include snow plowing of sidewalks, steps, and the handicap ramp. No parking lot. No salt application.
Snow will need to be cleared after every snow fall. Snow removal must be completed by 8am each weekday (Monday-Friday).
Bids will be accepted by the County Auditor’s Office up to 10:30AM December 2nd, 2025. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read in the commissioner’s chambers in Leola, South Dakota.
Envelopes must be plainly marked, as to their contents, and only one bid may be enclosed in each envelope. The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
