Application of Conditional Use Permit
NOTICE IS, HEREBY GIVEN: Boulder Hutterian Brethren, Inc. has applied for a Conditional Use Permit (26-CUP-01) to McPherson County Zoning Board of Adjustment under Article 4.01.03 for a cemetery in the S1/2SW1/4 of 30-125N-71W of Cleveland Township in McPherson County, South Dakota.
The said conditional use permit (26-CUP-01) shall be considered by the McPherson County Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 10:15 AM in the Commissioner’s Chambers in the McPherson County Courthouse located in Leola, South Dakota. At this time and place, any person interested in the approval or rejection of the conditional use permit may appear and be heard.
