NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: Wayne Breitag has applied for Variance (26-V-06) to McPherson County Zoning Board of Adjustment under Section 4.01.04 of the Revised Zoning Ordinance of McPherson County, South Dakota. Application is for an equipment shelter less than 150 feet from the edge of the right of way line in the SW1/4 of Section 27 – Township 126N – Range 68W (Spring Township) in McPherson County, South Dakota.
The said Variance (26-V-06) shall be considered by the McPherson County Planning & Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026, at 9:05 A.M. in the Commissioner’s Chambers in the McPherson County Courthouse located in Leola, South Dakota. At this time and place, any person interested in the approval or rejection of the variance may appear and be heard.

The said Variance (26-V-07) shall be considered by the McPherson County Planning & Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026, at 9:15 A.M. in the Commissioner’s Chambers in the McPherson County Courthouse located in Leola, South Dakota.
