Application for Drainage Permit
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: McPherson County Highway Department has applied for drainage permit #26-D-01 to improve drainage in the SW1/2 of 34-125N-73W (Jackson Township). Proposed work is to install a culvert on the county line to allow drainage to flow across the county line into a slew in Section 34 in McPherson County. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN: That said application shall be considered by the McPherson County Drainage Board on Thursday June 4th, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the Commissioner’s Room of the McPherson County Courthouse located in Leola, South Dakota. At this time and place, any person interested in the approval or rejection of such application may appear and be heard.
