Application of Conditional Use Permit
NOTICE IS, HEREBY GIVEN: Leola Data Center has applied for a Conditional Use Permit (26-CUP-04) to McPherson County Zoning Board of Adjustment under Article 4.01.03 and Chapter 5.33 to construct a Data Processing Center in that part of the E1/2 of Section 28-T128N-R68W of Spring Township in McPherson County, South Dakota.
The said conditional use permit (26-CUP-04) shall be considered by the McPherson County Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 9:05 A.M. in the Courtroom in the McPherson County Courthouse located in Leola, South Dakota. At this time and place, any person interested in the approval or rejection of the conditional use permit may appear and be heard.
