Application for a Variance
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: Anthony Kunz has applied for Variance (26-V-03) to McPherson County Zoning Board of Adjustment under Section 4.01.04 of the Revised Zoning Ordinance of McPherson County, South Dakota. Application is for a house and garage less than 150 feet from the center of the right of way line in the SW1/4 of Section 17 – Township 127N – Range 70W (Long Lake Township) in McPherson County, South Dakota.
The said Variance (26-V-03) shall be considered by the McPherson County Planning & Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, at 10:05 A.M. in the Commissioner’s Chambers in the McPherson County Courthouse located in Leola, South Dakota. At this time and place, any person interested in the approval or rejection of the variance may appear and be heard.
