NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The McPherson County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed bids for the following items as per specifications in the Highway Office.
- Ethanol at the Pumps
- Unleaded Bulk
- Bulk Diesel Fuel
- Propane (Highway Shops and Leola Courthouse)
Bids will be accepted by the County Auditor’s Office up to 10:15AM January 6th, 2026, for the above listed items. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read in the commissioner’s chambers in Leola, South Dakota.
Envelopes must be plainly marked, as to their contents, and only one bid may be enclosed in each envelope.
Bid sheets may be obtained from the Highway Office by calling 439-3667. To obtain a bid sheet by mail please write to PO Box 30, Leola, SD 57456.
The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
