Application is for a house and garage less than 150 feet from the center of the road in the NW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 3 – Township 127N – Range 68W (Hoffman Township) in McPherson County, South Dakota.
The said Variance (26-V-01) shall be considered by the McPherson County Planning & Zoning Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, at 10:05 A.M. in the Commissioner’s Chambers in the McPherson County Courthouse located in Leola, South Dakota. At this time and place, any person interested in the approval or rejection of the variance may appear and be heard.
