NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is, hereby, given that sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of McPherson County, Leola, South Dakota, for two (2) ADA curved inclined wheelchair platform lifts, until 10:00AM on Thursday, July 30th, 2026. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read in the commissioners’ chambers in the McPherson County Courthouse.
Scope of Project: Furnish and install two (2) ADA curved inclined wheelchair platform lifts, one serving the lower level of the courthouse and one serving the upper level of the courthouse. Provide all rails, towers and associated lift components. Minimum of 660-pound capacity for each lift. Complete installation in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications. Conduct all measurements and engineering necessary to verify the proposed lift system will fit within the existing building. Removal of existing lift equipment.
McPherson County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Envelopes must be plainly marked, as to their contents, and only one bid may be enclosed in each envelope. Mail bids to McPherson County Auditor, PO Box 390, Leola, SD 57456.
